2. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate information when creating invitations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and invitation links.

3. Packages & Payments

• We offer paid digital invitation packages as listed on our website.
• All payments are made in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees).
• Access to features is activated after successful payment.
• All advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Invitation Links

• Invitation links are generated digitally and accessed online.
• Link availability depends on the selected package (limited-time or lifetime access).

5. User Content

• Users are fully responsible for all content uploaded (images, videos, text, event details).
• Users confirm they have the right to use all uploaded content.
• Zenvite is not responsible for copyright or legal issues arising from user content.

6. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to use Zenvite for:

• Illegal or harmful activities
• Offensive or inappropriate content
• Fraudulent or misleading invitations
• Attempting to disrupt or hack the platform

7. Intellectual Property

• All platform design, features, and branding belong to Zenvite.
• Users retain ownership of their invitation content but grant Zenvite permission to host and display it for service delivery purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

Zenvite may use third-party services such as Google Maps and email providers. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical updates.

10. Refund Policy

• All advance payments are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed or a digital invitation has been generated.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any misuse or violation of these Terms occurs.

12. Limitation of Liability

Zenvite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of any updates.
